ROOFING PVC-MEMBRANE "BELAPLAN"
Membrane "Belaplan" refers to the group of polymer roofing hydro-isolating materials on the basis of polyvinilchloride. PVC membrane "Belaplan possesses the quality of extreme strength, because during its production polyester reinforced base is used. This base protects the roofing material from mechanical damage.
"Belaplan" has a multilayer structure and each layer has its own unique qualities. The quality of the material has in general such parameters:
resistance to ultraviolet and influence of bitumen,
durability, absence of rotting and decomposition,
frost resistance and heat resistance (good resistance to atmosphere pollution, other influence, etc.
The material has high strength of weld because it has high deformation qualities and that is why "Belaplan" does not respond to uneven and deformed base. It also provides protection of the main hydro-isolating fabric from dynamic holes and other damages.
Thermoplastic PVC-membrane "Belaplan" is a high quality material which has a large area of application: hydro-isolation of new roofs of industrial building and repairing of old ones, as well as sport buildings, supermarkets, hydro-isolation of underground constructions, tunnels, water reservoirs, swimming pools; multipurpose quality for construction of completely different in geometry and position of roofing systems (horizontal, inclined, etc.).
Repair free period of exploitation of the roofing material "Belaplan" is not less then 20-30 years.
The level of fire safety of "Belaplan" is G1, that is one of fire safe membranes.
Material "Belaplan" possessing this wonderful quality among other good qualities does not demand using extra anti fire means and in this way it helps to achieve high speed in construction works (decreases their cost) on account of the possibility to make hydro isolation by solid carpet of the roof of any area without limits. Excellent technical characteristics of PVC-membrane permit work without changing the technology all the year round and always with high quality.
Membrane "Belaplan" possesses smaller specific weight in comparison with similar products of other manufactures on the of former Soviet Union.
